Nabo is a delivery platform that seamlessly connects neighbors who want to place an order from their favorite grocery stores with neighbors who are already shopping at those stores.
Neighbors can go to the Nabo app, search for their favorite stores and place an order. This order will then be available to all the neighbors who are already shopping at that store or planning to go to that store to shop.
They can view all available orders, accept them, shop for the items, pay for the order using their card and finally deliver it to their neighbor. The shopper is also required to upload the store receipt and leave the receipt with the order.
Nabo will then reimburse the shopper and pay them any tips they earned for the delivery using the payment method they chose while signing up for shopping (Available methods are Zelle and Cashapp)
To place an order through Nabo, Login to the app, go to ‘Shop Online’, select the store you want to place an order from, select your Items and place your order. Don’t forget to add tips as your neighbors are shopping for you.

To be a shopper all you have to do is click on ‘Shop for neighbor’, look at available orders and start shopping.
To shop for your neighbors using Nabo, Login to the app, go to ‘Shop for Neighbor’, select the store you are at or are planning to go to, and look at the available orders at that store. Orders are shown by number of items, distance from your house, tip amount etc. Once you select and accept
the order you want to shop for, you will then enter your preferred reimbursement method (This just needs to be done the first time you shop for your neighbor). Once you find and bag the items, you pay with your card and upload the receipt and total amount you spent. You also have an option to donate any tip amount to a local charity or keep the tips to yourself. Once you deliver the order to your neighbor, Nabo will transfer the amount you spent (plus tips if you want to keep tips) to your selected reimbursement method.
Nabo does not charge any delivery fees, ever! You don’t even need to have a subscription to order with Nabo. We are very transparent when it comes to our fee structure..
You only pay for the price of the items, taxes & fees imposed by the store, a service fee and tips. Tips are optional, but encouraged as your neighbors are delivering for you.
100% of your tip goes directly to your neighbor who delivers your order. Shoppers may choose to donate their tips to a local charity if they so please.
Nabo charges a basic service fee to cover all costs that makes it possible to keep the service up and running.. The service fee is either $1.99 or 5% whichever is higher.

Nabo supports local charities, any tips that are paid to neighbors who shop for you, can be donated by them to a local charity right through the App.
Nabo partners with local charities and they are listed on the app for shoppers to select and donate their tips.
Not yet! but soon you will be able to. Our app will allow you to create your own custom neighborhood shopping groups and shop within those groups. If any member of the group places an order, this order will be broadcast to other members of the group, conversely if any member of the groups is out shopping in a store then this can be broadcast to other members of the group in case they need anything from that store

You can request for a refund by going to this link (https://nabodelivery.com/we-value-your-feedback). All refund requests must be placed within 2 hours of the order being delivered . Disputes, if any, must be raised within 2 hours after your order has been delivered.
Once a user clicks on ‘Shop for Neighbor’ for the first time and accepts an order, then as a part of the shopper flow the user is asked to enter their preferred reimbursement method. Neighbor shoppers can choose from one of two options (Zelle or Cash App). Once they deliver the order to their neighbor, nabo will reimburse them the amount that they spent plus any tips they kept for themselves before 7 AM CT on the following day.
